Share the session. See every rep.
Every client gets their own login, the numbers to hit, and a log that comes straight back to you.
Why another one
Most coaching apps are a CRM with a log bolted on
Huddle is the other way round. The logging screen came first — built for a phone propped against a rack, one thumb, mid-set — and everything a trainer needs sits around it. If the log is annoying, your clients stop using it, and then you have no data at all.
How it works
Four things, and no scheduling module
- Add a client and invite them in one step. They set their own password from the email. You never see it and you cannot set it — that is deliberate, and it is what makes the rest of this acceptable to them.
- Their data stays private. Clients do not see each other. You and your assistants see everyone.
- Assign a program with the numbers on it. Build the session once, assign it to one client or twenty. Their log shows Target: 185 lb × 5 next to the entry boxes — a prescription, never a limit.
- See who has gone quiet. One screen, sorted by who you have not heard from. That is the question you actually open the app to answer.
Privacy
Your clients’ data, said plainly
- You can see and edit every client’s training. You cannot see or set their password, and there is no path in the app that would let you.
- Clients can export their complete history to CSV at any time, at no cost, on every plan. It is their training.
- You can keep private notes on a client that they never see, and check-ins you write for them that they do.
- If you close your account, your clients’ data goes with it. We warn you, name the number of clients, and offer the export first.
Pricing
Priced by how many clients you carry
No per-seat maths and no setup fee. Your own training is free, and so are your assistants — you pay for clients.
| Plan | Clients | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Up to 5 | $19 | $190 |
| Studio | Up to 15 | $39 | $390 |
| Practice | Up to 40 | $79 | $790 |
| Unlimited | No limit | $149 | $1,490 |
Change bands whenever your roster does. Going over your band never locks anyone out — it just stops you adding the next client until you move up.

The things trainers ask first
Can my clients see each other?
No, unless you turn that on. Pro accounts start private: each client sees only their own training. You and your assistants see everyone.
What happens if a client leaves me?
Remove their login and their training data stays in your account — you keep the record of the work you did together. They can export their full history to CSV before they go, at no cost, and bring it into their own account later. Importing a spreadsheet needs a paid plan on their side, so it is worth saying that to them plainly rather than promising a free landing spot.
Do my assistants cost extra?
No. You pay for clients. Your own training and every assistant you add are free. An assistant can see and log for every client but cannot touch billing, delete the account, or change whether clients see each other.
Does it work in a gym with no signal?
Yes, and this is the part most coaching apps get wrong. Logging works with no internet at all — sets, notes, whole sessions — and syncs when the phone finds a connection. Nothing is lost in a basement.
Is there scheduling and payments?
No, deliberately. That is a whole other product and there are good ones already. Huddle is the training log, and it is the part your clients touch every session.
I train my family, not clients.
Then you want the family plans — there is a free one.
Try it with one client
Start on Starter, add a single client, and assign them a session this week. If the log is not better than what they are using now, you will know quickly.
