Terms of Service
Huddle is a workout log for a household. These terms explain what we agree to, what you agree to, and how the paid plan works. We have tried to write them the way we write the rest of the app: plainly, and without hiding anything that matters.
1. Who we are
Huddle is operated by Starner Consulting. You can reach a human at support@huddle.fitness.
2. Your account
One login belongs to one household. Everyone else in your house is a profile inside that account rather than a separate login, and the account holder is responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself; tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
You need to be 18 or older to create an account. You may add profiles for children in your household — you are the one entering and controlling that information. See our Privacy Policy for what that means in practice.
3. Free and Pro
Free is free, permanently, and is not a trial. It includes unlimited workouts, sets, exercises and people, offline logging, personal records, routines, the rest timer, and a full export of your data at any time.
Pro adds two things: your complete history, personal records and trends with no time limit, and the ability to import past workouts from a file. Pro costs $3.99 per month or $29 per year, in US dollars.
4. Billing, renewal and cancellation
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing inside the app. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end your current period. You keep Pro until the period you have already paid for runs out.
- If a payment fails, we will keep Pro active while Stripe retries your card and will email you about it. If it cannot be collected, the subscription ends at the close of that period.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affecting your renewals.
5. Refunds
If Huddle is not what you expected, email support@huddle.fitness within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it, no argument. Beyond that window we will still read your message and do what seems fair. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.
6. Your data is yours
Your workouts belong to you. Nothing you log is ever deleted because of your plan. On Free, history older than 90 days is hidden from view rather than removed — subscribe again and all of it reappears exactly as it was.
You can export everything, on either plan, at any time, and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.
7. Fair use
Please do not break into things, scrape the service, resell it, or use it to store anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does — and if we ever do, we will tell you why and give you a chance to get your data out.
8. Huddle is not medical advice
Huddle records what you did. It does not know anything about your health, and nothing in it — including estimated one-rep maxes, personal records or trends — is medical, dietary or training advice. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise programme, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
9. Availability
We work hard to keep Huddle running, and it is deliberately built to keep working offline. Even so, we cannot promise it will always be available, and we may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.
10. Liability
Huddle is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow those limits, in which case they do not apply to you.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Huddle after that means you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
